La télé en français d'abord: les chaînes québécoises en tête de liste, le hockey chaque soir, et une équipe de soutien qui répond en français à toute heure. Même service à Sainte-Foy, Beauport, Charlesbourg et Lévis.
Quebec City watches in French, and the plan is built that way: the Quebec French-language channels sit at the top of the list, with the English Canadian networks and the US channels behind them for the nights you want the English call or an American series. An IPTV subscription from IPTV Canada is paid once in Canadian dollars, with no contract and nothing that renews on its own.
Quebec City is hockey country, and every game is included with the French call, with the rest of the league for the off nights. Premium adds 4K on priority servers for the playoffs, and pay-per-view fight nights are part of the plan.
English works too, for the anglophone side of the family.
On Vidéotron cable or Bell Fibe, you have plenty of speed: the service needs about 10 Mbps per screen for HD, 15 to 20 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. From the Carnaval to the April thaw, the whole house streams at once, so put the main TV box on Ethernet or the 5 GHz band and keep the far rooms on a mesh point. Le guide de dépannage (in English) covers the fixes if anything stutters.
Then choose 3, 6, 12 or 24 months on the IPTV Subscription page, for 1 to 5 screens, paid by Interac e-Transfer or card.

Pick how long you want to stay, then how many screens watch at once. Every plan is billed once in CAD, activates within minutes anywhere in Quebec City and never renews on its own. Standard gives you 15,000+ channels in HD; Premium doubles the catalogue and adds 4K on priority servers.
Longer terms lower the monthly rate.
